1. Unable to enter the menu item, VFO cannot be used normally.
A:(a) Confirm whether it is the left one that cannot enter the menu item or the right one?
(b) Switch to the corresponding channel group (left or right)
(c) Turn off the radio
(d) Press LOW and turn it on at the same time, so that the menu can be set and the VFO can be used normally

3. How to change RA87 to UHF frequency.
A: Currently, VFO can only set the transmit range under VFO to 462-467.995 and can manually edit the U-band frequency. Other frequencies can only be received and the channel frequency can be changed to U-band frequency through the frequency writing software, but the transmit range is 462-467.995

4. RA87 microphone button does not work.
A:(a) Check whether the standard microphone is used and try to change the microphone.
(b) If the microphone has been replaced and still does not work, it may be that the internal diode of RA87 is damaged. Please contact the service staff of the store where you purchased it for after-sales support.
5. A line is missing on the LED screen.
A: The screen is damaged. Please contact the service staff of the store where you purchased it for after-sales support.
6. No transmission after programming the radio.
A: The RA87 frequency band is 400-480, and the transmission range is limited to 462-467.995. Please check whether the edited frequency is within this range. You can set the frequency of 462-467.995 to transmit normally.
7. How to set the memory channel lock.
A: Short press the FUN key, then press the MHZ key to enter menu item 13, and press the MHZ key again to confirm. Select to turn on the memory channel ON, then exit, and the channel lock is completed.
8. How to perform wired duplication.
A: (a) Use the duplication cable CL-900 to connect two walkie-talkies through the DATA (data) jack.
(b) Turn off the main unit and turn on the slave unit.
(c) Press and hold the CALL, MHZ and (power) buttons on the main unit at the same time, “CLONE” will be displayed, and the wired copy function will be activated.
(d) 4. Press MHZ. The main unit will display “CIONING” and the slave unit will display “CLONE RX”, indicating that the copying state has been entered; the copying progress will also be displayed.
(e) When the master unit’s copying progress number reaches 100, the copying is completed and “CLONE OK” will be displayed. After 1 second, the display will resume to “CLONE”, indicating that the copying preparation state has been entered.
(f) When the slave unit’s copying progress number reaches 100, the copying is completed and the unit will automatically restart.
(g) If an error occurs during the copying process, the display will display “CLONE FAIL”. Please check whether the connection cable and model are correct, etc., and then try again.
(h) If you want to continue copying the next unit, turn off the slave unit’s power, unplug the transmission cable, replace a slave unit, turn it on, and then repeat steps (d), (e), and (f). To exit the copying state, turn off the intercom.
