How does Retevis digital radio communication using encryption

Encryption is a specific valid function on digital radio, and it is a good way to private your calls on radios. Another important aspect of encryption is the use of a cipher. A cipher is a mathematical algorithm that is used to encrypt data. The cipher is typically paired.

Some customers mentioned why the encryption for digital walkie-talkies was not compatible with all models or brands. And others questioned whether the encryption was secure enough and whether it would be possible to break the encryption using the same walkie-talkie.
In response to these issues, we considered that some customers would like to be able to use Retevis walkie-talkies and other types of digital radios. In contrast, some customers would like enhanced encryption and encryption independence.
Please refer to the table to select digital radios. General encryption has a wider range of compatibility, enhanced encryption, and special encryption radios are more secure.

Why do you need radio encryption?

One farm user reported that he really needed the encryption function of his radio because he could tell partners what was in what place. It was a secret he didn’t want extra people to hear. This is why he must use DMR radios on the farm.

And another customer from an emergency team. He said he would like to choose DMR radios for his team because they can only talk on the radio, and all the calls are private and safe.

In view of these requirements, encryption is crucial for many users. This is an important feature to keep calls safe.

And HD1 is in the process of changing a new chip, so it is out of stock now. But there is some stock in our warehouse every month, so you can follow our website and Facebook for updates.
