8 Steps Getting Started Your Retevis RB21 POC Radio

Retevis RB21 POC Radio, the unlimited range license-free POC radio.

POC radios now are very popular, because PoC radios offer long-range ( without limited) communication, and offer GPS track and location. The well suited for the small or larger business.

Retevis RB21 is the latest POC radio. It offers clear and private communications, also offer the group call for different department. Because it used cellular data or wifi network, so there is no requirement to apply for the FCC license radio.

There are 8 steps to help you get started with your RB21 POC radio.

1, Annual Subscription

when you ordered the RB21 POC radio, please check if you order the annual subscription. RB21 requires an annual subscription ($10/per radio).

This includes the Management platform and GPS dispatch. The Management platform is the place where you can setting the group, add the members, set your team name( company name) and so on. And the GPS dispatch system will help you to track and locate your team members and so on.

2, Ready for the SIM card.

If you are going to use this POC radio outside, and have no wifi network. You need to ready the SIM card. Insert your sim card into the RB21.

3, Ask for the Management platform account and Password.

If you get the RB21 radio and ordered the Annual Annual subscription fee. Please don’t forget to ask for the Management platform from your seller.

4, Log in to the management platform.

You can set the company name, group name, group members, and others.

5, Download the GPS dispatch app on your computer.

First, use the GPS dispatch, you need to download the apps. Then you can use the link to open it in the browse.

If this is your first login, the account and password will be the same as the Company login email and password( find this from the management platform). Then Set the master dispatcher in the GPS dispatch.

Then different members can use their license to log in.

6, Operate Your RB21.

Insert the SIM card or use the Wifi network. Your RB21 will work. Find the APP on the window: PTT

Click to login, the account and password please find on the management platform-License

Also please don’t forget to set the IP, click configure IP to set: 47.253.54.21. Click ok to confirm. Then click Log in.

7. On RB21 POC radio for Group call and private call

When you log in, it will show which team you are in. When you want to make this group call, only press PTT and talk.

If you want to make a private call, you need to choose the member you want to talk to.

Click private, choose the member, then press PTT.  That member will receive the call, he will choose to accept or hang up.

8, Two versions of RB21 POC walkie talkies

Retevis RB21 has two versions:

EU version supports: GSM: B2/B3/B5/B8, WCDMA: B1/B5/B8, TDD-LTE: B38/B40 and FDD-LTE: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28A/B28

US version supports: GSM: B2/B3/B5/B8, WCDMA: B1/B2/B4/B5/B8, FDD-LTE: B2/B4/B7/B12/B17/B28A/B28B/B66
