Retevis communicate with Motorola radios is possible for some Motorola radios when you know the default frequency of Motorola radios. You can try to programme the same frequency and CTCSS/DCS by Retevis programming software. If it’s no problem to keep the same settings between Retevis and Motorola radios, the communication will be okay

When you know the default frequency of Motorola RDV5100 radio, you can try to programme same frequency and ctcss/dcs by programming software
Taking RT29 as an example
It’s no problem to programme the same setting as Motorola RDV5100 radio by RT29 software, after done, you can test to make them communicate with each other. If ok, it indicates that communication is success

Even RT29 can talk with Motorola RDV5100 radio, but it doesn’t stand for that all Retevis radios can communicate with all Motorola radios as some Motorola radios have own special setting to stop other radios communicate with it
