Though quality stable, good feedback, but we have very small part of customers, met the problem Retevis RT3 Font Reversed on the LCD display.Though very small part requirements, Retevis always puts products quality primary position. Technician studied this issue and make Retevis RT3 Font Reversed Solution as below:
The solution is based on a new develop software named “factory”.
Step 1. click application
and install it, we will see below file：

to open application，we come to below interface：
4. Connect Retevis RT3/RT8 radio to your PC, using programme cable, turn on the radio
5. click“Read”button：
6. When it comes to“Read Success！”it stands for a successfully reading：
7. Press “confirm” we come to the below interface：
8. Two options in“Display Compatible”, “Reversal”&“Normal”.
We need choose“Reversal”to make LCD display show correct；
9. After choosing“Reversal”,let’s click“Write”button，till“Write Success！”bouced, finally the LCD display will recover to normal display.

Well, this “Factory” software corrects the text reversal, but that is not my problem. The display is UPSIDE DOWN, not reversed.
Is there some software which corrects that?
It can be solved by ungrading the radio firmware. If you have this problem, you can tell me the current version of your RT3.

I canNOT program anything on the RT3S
In the Utilleties i have the contents:

But NO !! Program Radio
Do i have a CRIPPLE version of firmware (radio software) in the RT3S
It is not programmable with CHIRP so the radio is WORTHLESS !!! for me
