Working principle of Retevis RT9550 repeater
Retevis RT9550 repeater expand of the radio signal transmission distance by resending or forwarding the radio signal.
Retevis RT9550 Repeater main work principle: a high-sensitivity receiver is responsible for receiving signals from different stations at a frequency point, and at the same time, a high-power transmitter is used another frequency to launch. Pass the transceiver operating differential rotation mode, thus to increase the communication distance.
Retevis RT9550 Repeater support Analog and DMR mode:
When use at Analog mode: Note: In order to avoid the interference of other signal simulator, the radio often be setted up the CTCSS/DCS, then the repeater also should set up same CTCSS/DCS, Then the repeater can forward the signal, otherwise it will not be forwarded.
Digital relay stations have no CTCSS/DCS settings. Just the Hand radio or car station equipment keep same standard, Reversal of Rx Fre and Tx Fre point and same time slot with the digital relay station, then can be forwarded. Moreover, the digital Repeater supports digital analog mixing mode, which automatically identifies whether the received signal is digital or analog, and launching according to the set way of transmission (digital or analog).
The IP Repeater use a new RoIP technology to transmit the voice signals carried by the traditional repeater radio signals are transmitted to another repeater through the IP network. The IP relay station can extend the coverage to any location in the world.
Retevis RT9550’s IP network needs a dedicated network. It is a service for the telecom company.
