Retevis RT21 runtime error 339

RT21 is an elegent, smart, scramble function added two way radio, RT21 is widely used in warehouse, construction site, tourism, hotel, logistics, factory, etc.. As a very good selling model, currently, two customers feedback a problem of programming software.—Run time error 339.

1. I went to your website to download software for the RT21. I can download software but when I open it it locks up and no functions work. I also get a runtime error 339. Can you help??

2. I downloaded your software for the RT21 and installed it. When I try to open the software it  get a Run-time error ‘339’: Component ‘MSHFLXGD.OCX’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

How to resolve Runtime error 339?

Actually it’s easy, please don’t click the “install” symbol directly, please right click the “Run as administrator”  to install, then “run time 339” will not happen. Please try it!
