Retevis Return policy(processing steps)

KEY POINT: for all return or refund requirement, please offer your proof for ordering on www.retevis.com, no matter online or offline.
For example: order ID, transaction ID, Proforma invoice.
Return Policy:
1.If you are not satisfied with item within 30 days , you can return it to us for a full refund.
Please contact us for return address before you send it back. Please be advised that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
2.If your product turns out to be a defective one with physical damage within 30 days from the delivered date,the customer can return it in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement,including gifts you received. Please provide photos & videos showing the defect(s) of the product clearly. Retevis will afford the shipping charges. Please inform the return tracking number, we will fully refund after parcel received.
3.After you receive your products, Retevis offer one-year radio repair for free. However, radio accessories enjoy 6 months repair warranty, except earpieces enjoy 3 months warranty(except earpiece send as gifts),from the date of the first customer’s receipt.
4.Beyond the warranty period: We still offer maintain service. buyers are required to afford corresponding cost.

2. Please kindly don’t use any internation express, like DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc.., because import duty in China for these express is very high, sometimes higher than goods itself
Please use post or other logistics, which is longer time, but no duty in China (Buyers are required to afford the return cost, we afford the resending new shipping cost, hope it ok?)
3.Please put a paper inside parcel, remark the return reason (handwrite or print, both ok)
